- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

- Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Eligible Items


To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:


- Unused and in the same condition as received.

- In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

- Not customized, engraved, or altered in any way.


4. Non-Returnable Items
